Will, thanks for giving it a close read yourself. I have it down this week but it will probably be tomorrow.

I urge everyone else to also give WD 12 a very close read, because this time the bar is going to be even higher when we go out to public review. In theory changes will be limited to "what's changed from CD 01", but enough has changed that feedback could target almost anything.

So the tighter the spec is, the better. Remember, any changes to CD 02 require another cycle of CD 03 and public review of at least 15 days.

So please give it a close read, send email with any feedback, and come to Thursday's call prepared to close any open issue whatsoever.

I just realized that the first XRD example is invalid because I don't have a namespace declaration for the "xsi" prefix.  I can tag a new Working Draft 13, or we can just leave it as is, and change it in the Committee Draft.
