Mary, thanks so much for getting this started -- we will make sure to get the submission in by the 15th.

I didn't realize the rules had changed and so we'll be going back to "processed as received". I'm good with that too (though the 15th deadline seemed to enforce a certain discipline...)

This is just a note that the ballot requesting a special majority ballot to approve submission of the XRD 1.0 Committee Specification OASIS Standard vote has closed and was unanimous (12 out of 15 voters voting).

Will sent you a note with the three statements of use. Is there anything else you need to hold the special majority ballot? We'd like to complete it prior the 15th so we can submit it for an OASIS Standard ballot in October.
