XRD 1.0 - submission for consideration as an OASIS Standard

On behalf of the XRI TC, I am submitting XRD 1.0 Committee Specification 01 for consideration as an OASIS Standard.  This action was approved by the TC by special majority vote on September 13, 2010[0].  I have uploaded all of the requisite documentation to the OASIS document repository[1].  If anything else is needed, please let me know.
