The problem will be if there are no votes, it doesn't take many to kill = it. =20 I doubt there will be any organized opposition this time. Getting some of the big guys in early will be important. MS will probably abstain because of their policy of not voting on specs = that they are not participating in. We can ask Tony if they will make = an exception though he is not the voting member.
