Actually, we only plan to automate test-case management, and only to
the point of filtering out the subset that should be run for a
particular test run. The Test Lab that downloads our test package can
use the XML data about the test cases to generate scripts (or other
code) of their choosing, including management of outputs.

Ant might apply to our limited task, though.
