Consider Microsoft test cases XSLTFunctions__10002 through XSLTFunctions__10049. These all appear to relate to the unparsed-entity-uri
function. These are all listed as execution errors, perhaps because the
processor for which these were written does not support  unparsed-entity-uri?
However, they all seem good to me except perhaps XSLTFunctions__10026.
