Yes, except that the schedule of meetings has to be established first in 
order to properly inform those who commit.

I'd rather not require video-conferencing unless, perhaps, Sun has a mate 
on their side for their meeting room.  Let's assume it cannot be available 
and then, if it is, all the better for people's travel plans.

Yes, I agree.  I don't think we need a lot of face-to-face and I would like 
to see a lot of work done by mail.

Good point, but we could make that a public informational meeting and not 
an official meeting established before the members commit.
