As I understand it today, proxies are not allowed.

It is unfortunate that not all voting members can attend, but fortunately, 
of the voting members only two are unable to come.  We should still be able 
to easily make quorum.

There are attendance rules being refined in the OASIS bylaws by the Process 
Advisory Committee.  We will learn more when an official committee handbook 
is written.

Thanks for giving us the heads up ... in the future, though, I think it is 
going to be 30 days notice will be required for planned absence from a 
meeting.  We will learn more when it is all finalized.
