Your question this evening triggered my realization that I did not include both human- and machine-legible instances of the report for a given rendition, so I have just updated the diagram at: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xslt/contributions/Holman-20000602.gif (remember to clear your disk cache; my browser had problems getting the new version of the diagram; the time stamp immediately under the title on the new diagram is 20:50EDT).
