October meeting and the success of public information meetings

Last night's public information meeting was a success and I'm looking 
forward to the next one.

The general opinion is we should have as many of these as possible, so I 
have written to my own contacts for the upcoming conferences asking for 
meeting space.

During our private meeting yesterday, we decided to hold our October 
face-to-face meeting at the end of September as a teleconference ... I'm 
now thinking we should hold it during the conference, perhaps even at the 
venue of the public meeting, and hold our meeting immediately after the 
public meeting in the same room.

The only problem is the logistics of the telephone for those who will not 
be in attendance ... I've written my contact at OASIS for help with this.
