Member resignation and thanks for participation

Fellow members,

Tony Graham has indicated to me that his schedule is such that he feels he 
is unable to maintain his obligations to our committee.  He has tendered 
his resignation and I have reluctantly accepted it.

I'm sure you all join me in wishing Tony well in his new company and 
duties, and for his family in getting settled in a new country.
