Subject: Re: Submission Process Ideas
From .../200103/msg00000.html: >target only explicit processor choices, not unspecified areas of >Recommendations Add: and only those choices identified as "Testable" for the first round From .../200103/msg00002.html: In part (1), say "must/should/may" instead of "should/shall". Also, some tests may be a good exercise but inaccurately labeled as to what's being tested. Do we want to say anything about sending tests back for cataloging corrections? Or would we change the catalog data? In part (2), comparing of output from multiple processors should ignore differences that are ignorable, per the InfoSet model. Peripheral note to part (4): test labs and developers who want notification of periodic updates to the suite should be advised to subscribe to this list (xslt-conformance@lists.oasis-open.org) until such time as we may choose to set up a special list just for the purpose of announcing changes. .................David Marston
