When the document is solid, I'd be pleased to XMLify it.  If you can send 
it soon, I may have some spare cycles on some 12-hour plane trips coming up 
next week.

I vote "yes" on the document with whatever changes the standing committee 
may wish to make based on my earlier input from today.  I'll leave those 
decisions in their hands.
