- Comparing Output and Role of Canonical XML - Lynda, Carmelo, Kirill

     - new postings for infoset comparisons; will be revised for Infoset spec
     - XML comparison only works for well-formed XML
     - text and XML have issue of encoding, using UTF-8 for comparison
     - HTML comparison adds closing tags, fixes quotes

   - sample stylesheets added to prototype for various reports
     - e.g. questionnaire

Outstanding action items
  - 20000906-ACT-8: (Ken) model and prototype XML report and exclusion 
instance, working with David's results
    - David sent a repair to disc2htm.xsl regarding Interlock
    - David sent a draft stylesheet for producing a questionnaire
      - targeted to the developers
    - new changes for resource types to direct the derivation or supply
      of test file names
    - sample catalogue of Fourthought test from Dave
      - adds role attribute to input and output files (added as #IMPLIED)
        - validation of role added to configuration
        - is role optional or mandatory?
      - improper use of Title= attribute
    - Ken to post next prototype hopefully on Friday August 24

instance and XHTML production working with Ken's results
