Committee policy question for next agenda

Hello voting members,

I have been informed by our OASIS contact "Karl F. Best" 
<karl.best@oasis-open.org> that our committee needs to have passed a 
resolution allowing members of OASIS who are not members of our committee 
to be pushed messages by subscribing to our committee list.

I mistakenly assumed this was the default, so we have never passed such a 
resolution.  I propose we do so at our next meeting on October 16 and will 
put it on the agenda.  Please consider this until then and be prepared to 
voice any opposition to the resolution you may have.
