[xslt-conformance] small prototype 7 bug

Minor bug in Prototype 7 materials:

The 'scenarios' element in xsltcfg.xml does not have a 'desc' child, 
however under the "Scenarios" header, xsltcfg.htm incorrectly repeats the 
description that follows the "Citations" header.

In the scenarios section of xsltcfg.xsl, change "citations" to "scenarios" in:

<xsl:copy-of select="/suite/citations/desc/node()"/>,

and probably also want to add a proper 'desc' (one-sentence description of 
"Scenarios") to the xsltcfg.xml file (else, the bad sentence goes away but 
there is nothing to replace it).
