Dear xslt conformance committee members:

I have notified Ken that life as a principal in a company that does-not-exactly-do-xml has become very hectic and I will be retiring my spot on the committee.  It has been exciting & challenging working with all of you and my only disappointment is that I did not get to meet all of you face-to-face.  But, who knows what the future holds?  Take care & keep up the good work!
