Several people had questions at the October meeting about the
createxmlRenditionInstance.xsl and createhtmlRenditionInstance.xsl
stylesheets that Carmelo emailed on 10/10/2002.

There wasn't opportunity to complete the discussion at the meeting.  It would
be better to resolve these questions by email than to wait for the November 20
meeting, but there hasn't been any discussion yet.

Comments, anyone?
