OASIS XSLT/XPath Conformance Voting Member Meeting Minutes of January meeting -- January 15, 2004 (via teleconference) at 2:00pm EDT Roll call and quorum Voting members attending: Pranav Kandula, Microsoft Corporation Jeff Kenton, DataPower Technology David Marston, Lotus Development Corp. Carmelo Montanez, NIST June Ng, IBM Toronto Gauri Sharma, Sun Zarella Rendon, Individual Member Voting members not attending: Joanne Tong, IBM Toronto Agenda - amendments None. Minutes of the last meeting - review of minutes of December meeting Dave Marston noted that the minutes combined both the November and December meetings, and that this would affect the accuracy of the attendance records. Action Items from December meeting - Put Carmelo's testcases on OASIS site (Carmelo & Jeff) Carmelo's testcases were all XQuery tests based on the F&O document. He volunteered to put them in XSLT form. - Feedback to WG on latest drafts DataPower has given the WG group some feedback; others said they might still do so. The only replies from the WG so far have all been "we thought about that, but decided to keep it the way it is". This suggests that we should expect the current WDs to remain mostly unchanged. Agenda items - Test case development: status and plans June indicated that she and Joanne would be creating a list of test categories, to help avoid duplication of work. - Feedback from WG? At the time of our meeting, the WG had not met in a month. We will continue to ask if they would like us to collaborate on tersting. - 2003 * What we accomplished Created XSLT 1.0 test suite * Major plans for 2004 XSLT 2.0 test suite * What can we do better? Encourage use of the test suite Enlist new members Action items for next meeting * Carmelo -- change his F&O tests to XSLT form * Jeff -- advertise our test suite, and invitation for new members, on the XSL list Next meeting dates - February 19 - March 18?
