Subject: Postpone October meeting by a week?

Joanne Tong has requested that we move the next teleconference from 
October 21 to the 28th. She will be away at a Test Task Force meeting 
whose outcome could influence our work. If I see no objections in reply 
email, I'll change the schedule.
