This is wonderful, David.

I would like to offer my name as a candidate for co-chair. In recent 
times, I have been quite involved in discussions surrounding disaster 
response planning etc and I hold interest in Health care privacy and 
identity issues.

I will be away in August on vacation and will not attend the first meeting.
