Quorum achieved (5/7) Volunteer needed to take minutes: Anil Saldhana 2. Minutes of the February 13, 2009 meeting approved
unanimously. 3. XSPA presentation at HITSP face to face conference: Report on the XSPA presentation at HITSP 2/16 - 2/19 face to face
conference in About 25 people were there, including people attending specifically to
review the XSPA and TP20 work. 4. HITSP official review of Profiles The Security, Privacy and Infrastructure TC reviewed the XSPA profiles
now in public review at the February 26, 2009 teleconference meeting. The comments from the TC were collected and approved and will be
submitted to the HITSP leadership for acceptance before sending them to OASIS. Mike’s report on the HITSP meeting: - Presented updated TP20 with the XSPA profiles. - HITSP has not come to a consensus on XACML profile. Some comments
outstanding. - Comments will be vetted by HITSP by the closure period. - Opined that there should be no potential issues in getting HITSP
endorsement. 5. Call for abstracts: SOA in Healthcare Conference Anil reports that there is a call for abstracts involving the
application of SOA in healthcare in the OMG conference scheduled for June 2-4,
2009 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200902/ msg00015.html - Discussion with the TC members pointed toward a potential panel. 6. Cross-Enterprise Security and Privacy Authorization (XSPA) Profile
of WS-Trust. Discussion on the WS-Trust profile, which is now in committee draft. Are we ready to promote to public review? http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200901/ msg00023.html Mike - XSPA needs to review HITSP comments before public draft. *Action Item* for comments handling. David - agrees with Mike on the HITSP comments. - Steve from Sun has agreed to collaborate on the WS-Trust profile
and will run comments through him, - XSPA SAML profile can have changes only after March 13th. RESULT: will keep WS-Trust profile in committee draft a while longer. 7. Update on Demonstration Duane has released the application to the DoD and VA labs. Duane will
give an update on the how anyone can access the application and begin
integrating their products into the demonstration. Duane - released VM slices for Domain A and B. - available in lab in the afternoon of TC meeting (Feb 27). - SAML profile successful with DOD interfaces. - Example requests for - Flying to - Darren is working on WS-T; 2 issues with OpenSSO (to be resolved
shortly) AI for Duane to finish requests. AI for 8. Current Status of the HIMSS InterOp Q&A on the preparations for the InterOp. - Jane was absent. Logos need to be sent to Jane. DoD's logo needed. 9. Current status of supporting OASIS profiles in other TCs: The XSPA profile of XACML has been moved from committee draft to public

Report on the Technical meetings Technical meetings of the TC (usually) meet: Mondays 1PM EST Call in: 800-767-1750 Access Code: 82927 Interested parties meet to review the detailed technical issues,
problems, and solutions of demonstrating TP20. Minutes and/or Agendas of the

They will help on WS-T. - Duane cleaning up the vocabulary. 11. AI 5: David to follow up with Jamie.
