Roll Call & Agenda Review Voting Members: Anil Saldhana, Red Hat John Moehrke, GE Healthcare* John (Mike) Duane DeCouteau, Veterans Health Administration ( David Staggs, Veterans Health Administration (SAIC) Members: Clifford Thompson*, Individual Observers: Brian McClung, Jericho Systems Corporation Daniel Dority, Jericho Systems Corporation Quorum achieved (5 out of 6 voting members present) 2. Approval of the Minutes of February 27, 2009. http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00018.html Minutes approved unanimously. 3. Preliminary report on the comments submitted to OASIS on the XSPA
profiles of SAML and XACML: The comment period for the profiles in public review is now closed. David
reported that he has collected all the comments submitted through the comment
lists and the individual TC lists. He will likely start working on the
resolution of the comments on the profiles after the HIMSS demonstration. 4. Discussion on the content of the proposed HIMSS flyer: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00002.html The TC approved the content of the flyer unanimously. Mike Davis
has volunteered to have 500 copied reproduced for distribution at the HIMSS
showcase. 5. Discussion on the content of the proposed text for the HIMSS on-site
guide: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00007.html The TC approved the content of the HIMSS on-site guide unanimously. 6. Discussion on the presentation in the Interoperability Showcase
Theater on Monday from 11:15 - 11:45 AM. http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00009.html The TC approved the content of the HIMSS presentation unanimously. Johnathan
Coleman will be presenting part of the material during our 30 minute time slot
as a representative of HITSP. 7. Press Packets – http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00016.html Participants may bring 150 copies with you to showcase area on Saturday
(April 4th) for distribution by OASIS. Additional literature racks are
available at the entrance to the showcase. 8. Contact sheet for HIMSS – please send your contact

sure all participants have their contact information on the spreadsheet. 9. Suggested Image for Pod http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xspa/email/archives/200903/msg00019.html The TC approved the suggested image for pod unanimously. 10. Report on the Technical meetings Duane reported on the work so far on the application and services
that will be used at the HIMSS advanced concepts pod to demonstrate the XSPA
profiles. The remainder of the meeting was used to demonstrate the application
and work with the technical representatives of the participants on open issues.
