the XSPA profiles The XSPA
profile of XACML and the XSPA profile of SAML will be balloted for
consideration as OASIS Standards this month. Member organizations have
until 15 October to familiarize themselves with the profiles. On October
16, an announcement will be issued to all Voting Representatives of OASIS
member organizations. They will have until the last day of October, inclusive,
to cast their ballots on whether the profiles should be approved as an OASIS

problems identifying your organizational Voting Representative, please contact
me and I will assist you. 4.
Discussion of the XSPA profiles at HITSP The HITSP
Security, Privacy, and Infrastructure TC requested an estimate on September 4 on
the earliest date the profiles might become OASIS standards. If the
profiles pass this month, HITSP will be able to add them to the public comment
period for this year’s potential
standards for its yearly recommendation. 5. XSPA
profile of WS-Trust Srinath
Godavarthi has tentatively agreed to assist the TC on the WS-Trust document.
Srinath is a member of the WS-SX TC and will join the XSPA TC after getting
approval from his new employer. 6. Additional
