OASIS has announced the Cross-Enterprise Security and Privacy Authorization (XSPA) Profile of the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for Healthcare as an OASIS Standard:

OASIS has announced the Cross-Enterprise Security and Privacy Authorization (XSPA) Profile of the eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) for Healthcare was also approved as an OASIS Standard.

Thank you for the effort you have all made in attending the calls, commenting on the drafts, and participating in the interops. The two standards were reviewed at the HITSP face-to-face meeting this week. We will get an update on their comments at our next XSPA meeting, Friday November 13.
