I have attached an Hl7 document that may be useful in the XSPA Internationalization effort. 

 

It was suggested that the Healthcare IT Security Domain Analysis Model could be used to describe the elements used in the XSPA SAML Profile without being specific to the US realm.  The attached work provides a comprehensive and consistent information model that provides generic representation of required capabilities.  These capabilities would be loaded with realm-specific information.  Please reply to the list with your thoughts on the approach.
