JIRA and SVN are now available

Members of the AMQP-BINDMAP TC, 

As requested, a JIRA project and an SVN repository have been set up for your use. 

The JIRA project is at  https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/AMQPBINDMAP . All current TC members have been added to the project. 

The SVN repository is at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/amqp-bindmap/?sc=0 

Both are linked from the TC's internal homepage via the links "Issues List" and "Version Control."
