    Description: On the TC call 13-Oct-2015 there was discussion of a change Microsoft proposed in the Qpid JMS client code. The desire is to change the behavior when acknowledge() is called to have a disposition other than accept. Robbie indicated that current JMS 2.1 thinking may expand the options available for acknowledge() so watch that.)
