BIAS Colleagues –

 

Below is the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting, which was rescheduled from its original data of 6 Oct.  Please note two important items:

·         There is an option to attend in person.  This may be convenient for those of you also attending the INCITS M1 meetings that afternoon which are co-located. (Thanks to John Mayer-Splain for offering to host us.)

·         Kevin has updated the BIAS WSDL and it has been posted.  As this will be a main topic of discussion, please review this material and be prepared to comment.

As a reminder, below are the action items from our last meeting (11 August):

 

·         (Group) Identify BIAS implementation projects your organizations would be willing to perform.

·         (John & Cathy) Check if US-VISIT could participate with regards to a reference implementation.

·         (Matt) Create proposed disposition of comments on CD01.

·         (Group) Review and submit items to the enhancements list.

·         (Cathy) Continue to pursue our request and need for publicly posting the ISO CBEFF XML.

  • (Ross) Conduct NIST &OASIS staff telecon regarding new TC charter
  • (Ross) Seek participants for new TC

·         (Ross) Post draft charter for next meeting

·         (Kevin) Seek definitive references for warnings against <xsd:any>

·         (Group)  Provide feedback to Kevin Mangold (NIST) regarding his analysis (by 1 Sep)
