Following the perspective of vendors, VARs, and end-customers for increased value-add, we have formatted an operational performance analytics report for physical access control and similar type applications. I have attached a sample report, with fictitious values, and a corresponding presentation.
This is the first one before formatting other profile types such as ABC/APC/eGate or eDocument enrollment; depending on demand.
The report is a dashboard of useful operational information. It requires web services calls specified in the working draft of OMAR and can be added as a concrete use case scenario. We are currently trying to get a number of vendors and their VARs to implement it for installations that they or their customers operate.
