The TC agreed on the week (the week of June 9) and location (Walldorf, Germany). 

As Janssen mentioned below, by mid of May the TC shall make the final decision. It mainly depends whether we will have a meeting agenda that will keep us busy.

As far as I can remember we agreed on the location and date-range, but the
final decision has yet to be made by the TC half May.
