[bpel4people] BP-105 - Resolution Proposal

Dear B4P TC members,

please find attached a resolution proposal for BP-105 (?
http://www.osoa.org/jira/browse/BP-105).

The document contains a revision of WS-HT section 4.9:
-- combined spec sections 4.9.4 - 4.9.8 into a single section in order to
remove redundancy
-- replaced bulleted lists by a single table showing all effects on sub
tasks and parent tasks for better readability
-- simplified normative suspend/resume behavior for sub tasks: always
propagate and ignore if not applicable (overrides BP-106)
-- simplified normative complete behavior for sub tasks: exit instead of
skip
-- simplified normative fail/error behavior for parent tasks: always fail
if activation pattern is automatic, otherwise no effect on parent task
