object/param and errata collection

All,

While we cannot use errata to insert into 2.1 a workaround for the IE bug 
with object/param, on the other hand we discussed an informative note that 
documents the problem, and what implementations might do about it.

The current errata document [1] doesn't contain such.  Should it?
