FYI. Please Note Ram's identification of two potential standards for
submission to CEFACT TBG - Global Address Standards and Name Standards.  It
appears to me that these should be introduced into the TBG harmonization and
approval process for due consideration.

BTW, we also have developed global address standards (xAL)
and it is now under consideration to be part of the UBL
library. We are also keen to submit the standard to the ebXML CC Group.
