Why did you decide to release a new version (3.0)?

See "CIQ TC Technical Overview (version 3.0)" document that outlines the reasons behind this decision.

That's way to cheesy a fob-off!

Why not summarize what you are telling them in 17, 18, 19, 26 and 31 and 38 - which seems to be what people would want to know!?!

26 and 28 don't jive!!!

36 - give them the link to the docs.oasis-open.org/ciq

45 items seems excessive!?! Plenty of not-so-frequently-asked questions in that list. eh?!? ; -)
