After discussion with OASIS Administrator, following are the steps to release the xAL V3.0 errata and V3.0 xPRL specs.

xAL Errata
----------
- Release V3.0 Committee Specification (that was released in November 2007) as Committee Draft 02 that includes xAL errata changes
- Vote on Committee Draft 02 to be released for 15 days public review as Public Review Draft
- After 15 days public review, assuming no comments, vote on the Public Review Draft to be adopted as "V3.0 committee specification 02"

xPRL V3.0
---------
- xPRL V3.0 already includes xAL errata
- xPRL V3.0 as been approved to go for 60 days public review
- After V3.0 Committee Specification 02 is released, release xPRL V3.0 for 60 days public review
- After 60 days review, if no comments, vote on xPRL V3.0 to become Committee Specification

Therefore, you will be required to participate in 3 ballots and as always, I am seeking your co-operation. Will set up the first ballot today.
