dear all,

i would like to apologize for the late notice.
unfortunately, i will only be able to attend the first two days of the
f2f due to some
unforeseen changes in my schedule, but i would like to participate in
the conversation
on tck & ri involvment of the tc.
so i wanted to ask if we could move the discussion on tck & ri
involvement of the tc
to one of the first two days.

i would really like to apologize for the late notice, and i can
understand fully
if it is not possible to accommodate my request.
