filename for setContentStream when using AtomPub

Hi,

Using AtomPub, the setContentStream call uses PUT and does not specify
a way to pass the filename.

OpenCMIS decided to use a Content-Disposition header for that, see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CMIS-301

This mechanism (which is compatible with all applicable standards
AFAICS) could be added in the CMIS 1.1 document, as a non-normative
suggestion.

What do you think?

Anyway I encourage all implementors to use this mechanism (with other
fallbacks if needed of course) :)
