meeting in Paris

Hello All

I propose to conduct our first introductory meeting in Paris, June 14 at
4:00pm till 5:30pm.  This would be right after the break and until the
exhibits/reception.  Is this acceptable? 

Please let me know if you plan to attend. 

The meeting room is Room 225M of the Palais des Congres.  This is on the
mezzanine of the 2nd floor- an important distinction, since the 1st floor
has its own mezzanine.
