discussions and work towards delivering a top-level strategy and design for
a DITA specialization for learning and training content.

1) Roll-call, welcome, and introduction of new members, observers, and guests.

a) Review of our charter, goals, and deliverables

We have had good discussion and made progress on the Task 1 and 2 deliverables:
1.
Review of structured designs for learning and how to apply DITA principles and best practices.
2.
Developing a top-level plan for a DITA specialization for learning content, including identifying the learning types, map domains, content domains, and processing support needed to support the design.

b) Proposal to divide meetings between working teams and monthly reviews

First Thursday of each month - regular meeting with all SC members to review status and provide input to working teams
*
Other Thursdays (and at other times as needed), teams meet to work on specific action items
c) First working team meeting starting next Thursday, January 11.
*
Goal: Review and revise the "Strawman Proposals" (including coming up with a different name for them) and make turn them into a top-level strategy and plan with specific goals, action items, and time line.
*
Bring back for discussion and approval at the next regular "all-team" meeting on Thursday, February 1.
d) Start a wiki page for members to provide some basic info about their interests, background, specific skills, and contact information.
3) Close and adjourn.
