Document Description:
This document represents a first round draft of a learning plan information
model. The learning plan is intended for an instructor assigned or
contractor to address learning needs. The model is divided up into several
areas:

project
needs
learning strategy
technical
storyboarding

At this point, the model is fairly well defined and definitions are in
place. Left to consider is the placement of the storyboard and detirmining
what that would look like as a model.
