Subject: Re: [dita] Experimental Trello Group and Board

Eliot, I cannot see your board; you will need to share it with me.

Also, we've got churn going on here; both you and Chris Nitchie separately have set up Trello boards. I'm going to contact the two of you off-list and we can figure out how to handle this.

Best,
Kris

OK, I've added all the Phase 2 and Phase 3 proposals and put the issues I
care about into priority order. I only included the 13110 Phase one

The card stacks make it easy to see some numbers:

- 1 stage 1 proposal
- 43 (!) stage 2 proposals
- 14 stage 3 proposals

I created labels for "architectural change", "new specialization", and
"Editorial correction/clarification" and labeled each issue appropriately.

An architectural change is one that changes base content models or adds or
changes existing processing requirements.

New specialization adds new element types that are specializations of
existing types.
Editorial corrections are refinements to the spec language without changing
any existing rules.

With due dates and voting this seems like a pretty decent system given that
it's free and light weight.

Cheers,

E.

I've added all the Phase 3 and almost all of the Phase 2 proposals, just
because once I started I couldn't stop.

Eliot,

I did essentially the same thing and set it up with my own proposals. I've
made it public so anybody can look, but you can't modify unless you're a

Subject: [dita] Experimental Trello Group and Board

As an experiment I've created Trello group "DITA Technical Committee" and
created Kanban-style board there and will put a few tasks in it.

If you create Trello account, I can then add you to the organization and you
will have access to the board.

Based on my very quick experience, this seems like a good balance of
functionality and ease-of-use.

Cheers,

E.
