The navigation header lists at most two levels up. I would rather have all levels, up the the book title and subtitle. E.g., for section 1.2.3.4.5, I would like to see section 1.2.3.4 title section 1.2.3 title section 1.2 title chapter 1 title part title book subtitle book title hmm... :-) on the second thought... > You might want to get a good XSLT reference to help with some of these > syntax issues.
