Index problems on Linux with XSLTPROC

Hi All,

I am having trouble generating the index on RH Enterprise Linux
Workstation. (2.4.21-4.EL)

The same code works on Windows with XSLTPROC.

The only difference is that XSLTPROC version on my Linux workstation is
a older version than the one on my Windows box.

Please help.
