Good afternoon:

I've asked this on the epubcheck group but I'm not sure where the problems is coming from so I guess I'll ask here to.

I have a DB5 document that validates through XMLLint for well formedness. It produces output using both Epub2 from snapshot and Epub3 Beta3. When I validate either version I get an error message like the one below.

ERROR: ebook-book-docbook.epub/OEBPS/toc.ncx(2,2321): 'idp321472': fragment identifier is not defined in 'OEBPS/ch02s02.xhtml

What does it mean and how can I fix it?
