Unfortunately,  I will be unable to attend the DocBook
Technical Committee Meeting tomorrow, but I will report
some status on my open action items.

As noted, I sent a note to the DocBook list to restart
the discussion of help projects and was met with a
resounding silence.  Maybe the topic is played out, or
maybe there needs to be some further food for discussion.
In any case, I do plan to complete the analysis mentioned
in action item d, below, for the next meeting.  Sorry I
won't be there tomorrow.
