Subject: DOCBOOK: Problem with page no.s in TOC
When I run Jade on an sgml file, for ex. test/xchapter.sgm in the Nwalsh distribution, the page no.s in the TOC come 000 for section or chapter headings. Is this some problem in Docbook dsssl or is it Jade? I tried the MIF and RTF backend, both give the same result.
