indexterms in footnotes (again)

Sorry to bug about this, but: I understand that the reference to
"indexterm must not occur in the descendants of footnote" that's currently
in the DocBook 5 documentation
(http://www.docbook.org/tdg5/en/html/footnote.html) will get removed, IAW
the last DocBook committee meeting.  It's in the plans for it to be removed
from the Schematron rules, too, right? 

Namely, from http://docbook.org/xml/5.0/sch/docbook.sch:
<s:rule context="db:footnote">
   ...
   <s:assert test="not(.//db:indexterm)">
   indexterm must not occur in the descendants of footnote
   </s:assert>
