I'm encouraged by the number of people participating in the e-mail thread discussion yesterday and today.

IMHO, more effective way to do this is via e-mail for initial discussions. Once we feel we have enough outstanding issues that are hard to get closures on, we'll schedule a teleconference.

Any other suggestions ?
