The agenda is rather light given that we are still waiting on the results of the Use Case Subcommittee.  I think it's still worth meeting to obtain a report from the subcommittee on their progress and any issues that they are running into.

        -A report on the progress of the Use Case Subcommittee.  Are we still
         on track to have a list of requirements arising from the use cases
         by the next meeting on March 10?
        -Are there any issues arising within the subcommittee that can be
         dealt with now?
